Can't add further members to free account

Hi,

I just registered for confluence and I logged into it, I have admin permissions. As we want to start with a small team and the basic possibilities, we using the free version with up to 10 members.

Currently, I'm the only one, and I wanted to add further members to this account. But if I do so, I got always the message "Something went wrong" - "no one can be added at the moment".

I tested it yesterday and thougt, this might be a temp. condition, but also today, I can't add even a single person, why?

Have you tried using the Admin UI? -> https://admin.atlassian.com/

I cannot replicate your issue.

I took a preliminary look at your site, but I did not find anything that would prevent you from adding more users to the site.  I have created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-950707

This way, our support team can investigate this further.
