The error you are getting is a generic one, Can you confirm what actions you were performing at the time of the error? We have seen such errors for few users who are not using latest updated browser version. Could you confirm if this error still occurs if you try on another browser like Chrome or Firefox, also on its latest version?
If you are using Standard /Premium plan you can also submit a ticket for Atlassian to review this for you.
