Change of language of the daily report

Dear all, 

an user receives the daily mail for Confluence changes sometimes in German and sometimes in English. Does anybody has an idea why this happens?

Hello Alisa,

Thank you for contacting us about this. Could you confirm with me your Confluence site version and answer a few questions for me?

  1. Can you let me know what your global Confluence language is set to, and what the user's personal language is set to?
  2. Do you know if any other users experience the same problem? 
  3. Could you show me examples of the English and German emails they are receiving?
