Changing css with ondemand demo

Is it possible to make modifications to the stylesheet with the ondemand demo? I'm looking to change the appearance of h1 but I can only seem to change the stylesheet of a pdf export. I tried to switch to the documentation theme but I only see options for navigation, header, and footer.

No, sorry. You can't change things that may break the layout in OnDemand.

So there would be no other way to change the appearance of h1, h2, etc? One example of a change I would like is a horizontal rule under the text to make the breaks clearer.
