Collect my meeting notes from different spaces ?

Hi there !

For RGPD reasons, we create one space by customer in our company. 

Whenever having a meeting on one particular customer, we create a meeting note, in the Confluence space dedicated to that particular customer.

Is there a way for me to retrieve all the meeting notes I wrote, across all spaces ?
