Confiforms and JIRA Attachments

I have the IFTTT macro to Update JIRA whenever a change is performed in my Confiform Table or List view.  However, this seems to duplicate the attachments that I send to JIRA whenever an update is made.  Is there a way to stop duplicate attachments from being copied to JIRA when I make an update to the Confiform data?

ConfiForms will send attachments whenever you ask it to send them to Jira

There is no such thing as "the attachment has already being sent and do not sent it again"

Consider deleting attachments from Confluence/ConfiForms after you have sent them to Jira.
