After migrating our site from 3.5.17 to 4.3.7 then to 5.1.4, a lot of our tables that have "table-filter" and "table-plus" macros appear fine, but when we edit them, we are only seeing Wiki Markup language in the editor. We're having enough issues telling users that WML is gone with this version of Confluence, and being forced to use WML is an inconsistent usage message. Is there a way to get pages with table-plus/table-filter macros to edit in the WYSIWYG editor?

Hi Gary,

If you've updated the table plus add-on post upgrade, have you tried rerunning the wiki markup migration tool?

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Migration+from+Wiki+Markup+to+XHTML-Based+Storage+Format

If that doesn't work, and you can actually copy out the wiki markup of the tables, what happens if you then (in edit mode) click Insert > wiki markup and paste the table contents into the wiki markup box. When you click insert it should convert the markup on the fly. Then you should have your table in xhtml format in the text editor.

Hope this helps!
