Confluence Guest Permissions

I made a test space that I've finalized but realize two things ... 

 

1. There are comments that I can't delete. 

2. Guest users can go into space settings and see page history. Is there a way to dump the page history so my space can start fresh with the layout and detail in the pages that I want?
