Confluence LucidChart Diagram Page Range Broken

Hi Team, 

Recently observed that when a Multi-Tab lucid diagram added into Confluence via LucidChart widget, it does not automatically display the selected page range.

e.g. 

• LucidChart > Have a Lucid Diagram with 3 tabs - TAB_A, TAB_B, TAB_C
• Confluence >
  • Include this diagram into confluence, 
  • Setup the Advanced configuration to automatically refresh
  • Select Page range as 2 (which should select TAB_B)
  • Save/Publish the page
• Now, the confluence page should display TAB_B of LucidChart, however it always displays TAB_A as default.

It seems to be broken from last 2-3 days. We have many diagrams listed into confluence and the issue has broken the flow.

Any suggestion will help here,

I see that the issue is resolved since last few days. Hope someone corrected it.

Welcome to the community

As LucidChart is a 3rd party app, I would advise you to raise the issue at their end with the issue their seems to be in combination with Confluence.

If they can reproduce the issue and fix the issue. If its not an issue in the app, they should contact Atlassian, as it would then impact anyone using the 3rd party integration.
