Confluence OD - import from Confluence 3.2.1

I want import to Confl OD from Confl 3.2.1
But I cant because it cant import from version earlier than 4.0

Question:
How can I move my docs from my old Confl 3.2.1 to the new Confl OD?

You need to upgrade the old 3.2.1 to OD version first. Then the export can be imported into OnDemand,
