Hi all,
Our company has recently started using Confluence databases for customer installation tracking.
For this I feel like I am limited by the (currently) available Field types. For instance the "Entry backlink" only working conditionally based on a(nother) value in the entry.
Is it possible to somehow create custom field types in which I can use some sort of query language (like JQL for Jira for example)?
Thanks.
Welcome @Wouter Dijkstra
In Confluence, you cannot create custom fields for the databases as databases are offering only fields listed within the drop down.
Hi Nikola, thank you for the quick response.
Is there anything on the roadmap to offer this? Or to expand the list of field types?

You don't need more tools. You need tools that actually work together – the way humans do. See how Loom + Confluence help teams collaborate with more context, more connection, and fewer calendar invites. 💪
