We have an established space with an existing meeting notes index and 30+ meeting note children, and for some reason, when using the button in the meeting notes index to create a new meeting notes page, Confluence generates a Meeting Notes (2) - a second/duplicate index page with the same overview at the bottom of the left nav, while placing the new meeting notes page in the correct place as a child of the original index.
This doesn't happen a 3rd time, but when we delete the Meeting Notes (2) index, it comes back upon creating another new meeting notes page from the "create from template" button on the original Meeting Notes index page. How can we stop this from occurring? Is it a bug/known issue? Or are we doing something wrong here.
I am having the same issue as well. I haven't been able to find a topic about this so it would be great to hear from others who have solved this issue or found a workaround.
Same issue here. Did anybody find the reason why this happens?
