I selected a large group of elements (shapes, text, images, post-its) and locked them using the padlock icon in the pop-up toolbar.
Now, I can’t select the group to unlock it.

The only option seems to be unlocking each item individually, which would take hours.

Is there a way to unlock the entire group at once?

Please advise.

Hey there @Fifield_ Nick _WP_ ,

You can right-click anywhere on your whiteboard and select 'Unlock all elements':

Hope this helps!  =]

Hi @Fifield_ Nick _WP_ ,

From what I know, Confluence whiteboards don’t currently have a way to unlock multiple locked items at once — each element has to be unlocked individually. It’s definitely a limitation when working with big groups.

One thing you could try is checking Atlassian’s feature requests or sharing feedback directly through the product, since bulk unlock would be a helpful improvement for many users.

Wish I had a better workaround, but hopefully Atlassian adds this in the future.
