Create Jira Issue macro in Confluence not working properly.

The macro "Create Jira Issue" in Confluence gives the error.

"HUBG-34 has been created, but there is a problem in adding it to the page. You can manually add it later using Jira macro."

Is there any advice or suggestions on why there would be a "problem" adding it to the Confluence page?

Are you still having this issue?  The only thing I could think of is maybe a JavaScript issue.  Have you tried clearing your browsers cache?

I did figure it out. It was a mapping issue that was not set up yet.
