Create a JIRA task through the confluence page

Is it possible to create a JIRA task through the confluence page.

Note: By default the particular project and issue type are selected.

Thanks for your update, I have created the issue by using JIRA issue macro and I have one more doubt. Is it possible to display the particular custom field value in confluence page from the task which is created by JIRA issue macro.

yes you can. When editing a page click on the insert button and choose JIRA issue. From there you can create issues.
