Create a T&C sign-up for site users

Hi everyone,

We would like to make every user of our Confluence cloud instance agree to an acceptable-use policy when they log in to the site (covering good practice on posting/ commenting/ etc.).

Ideally, the first time they log in they would be directed to a copy of the acceptable-use policy and asked to accept it. Their acceptance would be recorded, so that they did not need to return to that page again in subsequent sessions (unless the AUP changed). Is this something that is possible in Confluence?
