Hi Team,
We are going to do create the Jira ticket automatically when the user submits the confluence page.
Can we create a confluence page with forms like drop-down fields, text fields, radio buttons fields ....etc, Confluence works like a customer form.
We will give the confluence page access to customers and they will fill the form with the requested details. Once they submit the confluence form button then automatically Jira ticket will create.
Please let me know if you need more clarification on this.
Hi
Can be done with a plugin like the one we develop - ConfiForms
Probably can be done with Issue Collector also - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-issue-collector/
Alex
Thanks for your suggestions.
Please let me know the below tasks, can we do with ConfiForms?
1. Can we create the Jira ticket when the customer fills the confluence form and click the submit button?
2. Can we attachment that confluence form as an attachment to that created issue?
3. Can we take the reports based on the confluence form field data?
Please let me know if you need more clarification on this.
Thanks.

Hi Alex,
It is not supporting editing the recorded data on the confluence page.

Answered to you directly on your earlier email.
ConfiForms does support updating Jira issues.
There are dedicated rules to help you with this task

And of course, editing ConfiForms data is possible - just add a ConfiForms Edit Controls macro into your “view” macro

Hi Alex,
Thanks for the information.
Can the user edit the confluence recoded data in the table view exclude the page admin?
Is there any way to find the changed data like confluence page history?

You can create views over the data collected with ConfiForms just like you want - https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/Multiple+ways+to+show+your+form+data+in+Confluence+with+ConfiForms
For changed data / audit please consider implementing own IFTTT rules and copy data into some other form (server/data center version has also a very convenient audit rule (coming to cloud some day as well)) - https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/Configuring+ConfiForms+IFTTT+actions+and+rules#ConfiguringConfiFormsIFTTTactionsandrules-Audit
