Creating a standard document/page library in a confluence space

tzigone October 9, 2012

Hi,

I have 1 space containing project pages in an unstructured and unfindable way. I want to organize this space as below:

- Main Space

- Project 1

- Plans

-Analysis

-Design

- Test

- Meetings

-Project 2

-Plans

-Analysis

-....

I want to save "Project 1" tree hierarchy as a template and use it whenever a new project is started.

If I use copy space plug in with sub space plug in, is it possible to have this structure? Or what are the

alternatives?

Thank you.

Burcu,

As you mentioned, sub-spaces can be an option for you. You will be able to organize your space structure on a similar way as you described.

As for creating a template, you can add a Global Template as a predefined page that can be used as a prototype when creating new pages.

Hope it helps.
