Hi,
we are missing a custom field on the jql in confluence, the column is shown but its empty. On Jira Cloud the content is shown.
Any thoughts/ideas?
Hi @Jasmine Stermschegg , to be clear you have a saved filter in Jira that you reference in a Confluence macro and you see that a custom field is blank in the Confluence macro but not when viewed in Jira, correct?
some questions/thoughts...
Hi,
yes, i tried it with a saved filter and directly via jql but its still the same issue. The affected custom field is called "Group ID" and shown directly in Jira via Filter oder JQL query but not in Confluence.

Can you verify that there is only a single Group ID field?
project settings > issues > custom fields
can you share screenshots of Jira and Confluence

Thanks for the details. I have verified the issue in my instance and consequently found this open Bug - CONFCLOUD-71510 - Jira issue macro does not show values of Group Picker fields . I recommend that you vote for and watch the issue if it's important to you.
