Is there any possibility to conduct changes for Database table/template size (width and length)? 

Database table doesnot offer configuration possibilities such as for tables.

Databases are still in the closed beta version, and Atlassian is releasing improvements almost every day. 

It really depends on the roadmap that Atlassian is releasing, you can also check out their roadmap for Confluence here: https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud?status=future;comingSoon&
