Date format showing wrong

We did not change any date format. But changed language from UK English ti Norwegian. Suddenly version history date shows wrong. Month show like 37.. When I changed date format to YYYY-MM-DD then DD shows as 175 or more. Even though I changed back til language to English it does not help.

Thanks for taking time to answer. It was working fine before. Only after change of language got this problem. Now I use MMM and its works fine. But we prefer dd.mm.yyyy format. Which gives mont 36 and så on. Its not solved.  Your link #1 and #3, I have seen before. #2 is interesting.
