×Hi
I have create a space and page in confluence.
My developers, who are in the developers group cannot see the page. The get 'Access Denied'.
In the space, I have given both the Developer group and even individual users full access.
On the page I have done the same.
But still, they get 'Access Denied'.
What is wrong?
You can find information about how to configure Jira as a user directory in confluence here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Connecting+to+Crowd+or+JIRA+for+User+Management
In this way you can do your user management in Jira for both Jira and Confluence.
Are you managing your users in Confluence or in an external Directory (Jira/Crowd)?
If you are doing it in an external directory you might need to resync your users.
Can the developers access other pages and spaces in your confluence instance? If so you might compare those space settings with your new one.
Best regards,
Peter

Ah, what Jira is seperate? Its certainly not marketed like a seperate product. I was under the impresion that these products work together. And I certainly didnt see any 'resync' options.
This is the first page the we have our conflence.

Yes, Jira and Confluence are seperate products that work together extremly well, but you need to do some configuration. In which product (confluence or jira) did you create your users and to which group did you add them?

Have you included those users in the confluence-users groups?
This action grants the users to login into your confluence instance.
