Hi there
We get a lot of accidental request do join Jira Product Discovery.
Most of them are even already "Contributor" for JPD.
Is there a way to disable this annoying pop-ups?
I did find a setting for Jira:
only this didn't help, even though Jira Product Discovery is a "Jira product"...

Update:
As I found out now, this setting has no influence. There are serveral open bug reports.
Here is the suggestion open for this problem

Hi @Samuel Huber ,
I know this has been bugging a lot of people. I'm not aware if there's an option to disable/remove this. There are open suggestions on this topic you might want to check out: project = CONFCLOUD AND resolution = Unresolved and text ~ "advertisements" (would recommend Workarounds sections or comments if there's at least some alternative for it)
Cheers,
Tobi

No, there is no way to disable the annoying popups.
Atlassian has decided that these annoying popups are something users have to tolerate.

I was in contact with Atlassian's Support and informed about the issue with the opt-out possibility.
If interested, go to this issue and add you as "watcher" and "affected customer":
