Does Zephyr support MS SQL and Active Directory service account?

We are working to install Zephyr however have few questions:

• Is Zephyr Enterprise support MS SQL? If yes, which version or licensing do we need?
• If MS SQL supported, can we use Active Directory service account to connect to SQL DB via a JDBC connection?
