Does the Atlassian Companion app work?

Simon Teppett

I have installed the Atlassian Companion app on a Mac and I have it running in the background. When I am in Confluence and click the Edit button in a file list all that ever happens is that it prompts me to download the Companion app again ...

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Hi @Simon Teppett , there is a bug opened regarding using Atlassian Companion app and Safari. ( https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-68950?error=login_required&error_description=Login+required&state=b13ecbf3-1ef7-40d9-872f-b521d6a7306b ), compatibly  has been disabled due to some security issues, if you're using safari, I'd suggest you switch to chrome until this is fixed.
