I found the quoted text below as part of the answer to a question in Collaborating on Pages in Confluence. I want to know if the underlined phrase being editing is correct and acceptable or it should read being edited? That bring me also to a related question. Is it possible to edit any comment or question already published in the community space?
"If you add an inline comment to a page, you have to publish or update the page for other users to see it. If the page is still being editing, or is a draft, the comments won’t appear to viewers."
Hi @Tive Denedo I would say "being edited" would be grammatically correct.
From googling "being editing", It appears some Spanish to English translators will use the phrase "being editing"
Hello @Dan Breyen Your answer is much appreciated. hope admin would carry out the correction where the error occurred. Meanwhile, I believe the Spanish translation should be used mainly for the Spanish version so that there will not be a repeat of this grammatical mistake.
