Hi guys,
I'm trying to create a confluence sheet to track business rules. I have created the template for the page. But I want to improve the experience of adding a business rule.
I was wondering who I can introduce this screen when a user clicks on `Add a business rule` to enter the basic details before moving to the page where they would provide additional details.
I would also like to know how I can edit the content/fields for this page.
Looking forward to your suggestions on how I can take this forward.
Hello there!
As I understand, you created a new Page Template and needs to include more details for the initial page creation part. Is that correct Karan?
This type of interaction can be created and edited within Confluence Blueprints. For us to create blueprints Atlassian has written this guide:
Multi-page blueprints with Confluence Connect
To work with blueprints we need some coding prior coding knowledge.
Further, if we can use the default Blueprint Template, we could edit the template itself and then have this dialog screen show to everyone. Here we have more details about Blueprints and Templates in Cloud :
Blueprints and User Created Templates
For us to edit a Blueprint, we do the following:
- Click Settings in the sidebar
- Select Global Templates and Blueprints
- Find the Decisions template
- Click to Edit the template
- After you finish editing it, Save
After this, when you use the Decisions Template you should have the dialog screen and also your changes!
Let us know your thoughts on this Karan!
Hi @Diego , Thank you for your response!
I'm unable to find the option to edit the dialog screen. Where can I locate this?

Also, can I configure Multi-page blueprints with Confluence Connect on confluence cloud? or is it only available for Confluence server?
