Editor access denied when page is unrestricted.

Several users are unable to edit a page though page has no restrictions. They are notified they do not have edit access. They request access and when I grant them access through the link in the Confluence generated email, I get a response that they already have edit access.

Have you tried checking the space permission? Perhaps the users aren't added to the space permission, which prevents them from accessing the pages.

Yes, group permissions were not in place for this space. This corrected the problems.
