Error configuring Gliffy add on

When we go to Configure the Gliffy Plugin it shows a license error and no way to license it.

The customer ID lists N/A

The license type reads:

How do we enable/license Gliffy?

It's working now. Didn't realize it had to be licensed from the Atlassian site. The Marketplace says to go to the Gliffy site.
