I am using the Jira issue insertion filter on the Confluence page.
However, starting this morning,
when loading the Confluence Jira issue insert filter, 'unable to load items' appears and ticket information is not displayed.
In this case, what should I check?

Is the issue still persisting? Have you tried different browsers or in incognito mode?
I would open a ticket to Atlassian as this sounds like a problem they will need to help you with https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
