Error of PlantUML Diagrams for Confluence Macro

Hello,

I tried PlantUML Diagrams for confluence macro. I wrote simple sequence figure in Definition field and pushed the preview button. This macro displayed error message which was "Could not generate preview. Please consult tech support."  

My co-worker could use this macro on the last November. He used this today(19,May JST) on the same confluence cloud environment. And he got same error message.

Please check this behavior.
