Hi,
I tried to import confluence from a self-hosted server to a cloud server but I get this error: Exception occurred during import: Error importing site
There is no other error message
In the process of importing data I can see these message under the progress bar
Acquiring an import lock...
Existing data removal completed.
Exception occurred during import: Error importing site
My entities.xml is 128 712 KB, so it do not exceed the limit of 200 MB
Here is the exportDescriptop.properties content from the self hosted server

Any idea why I can't import?
Thanks
Raphael,
Can you tell us what the error message is that was generated in your Confluence server logs? That will give us a better idea of what's happening here.
Please also keep in mind you will want to follow Migrate from Confluence Server to Cloud exactly. Please review it if you have not yet.

Shannon

Raphael,
Thank you for letting us know! In your case, was your export a space import and not a site import?

The import not working was on a "site export" file.
It was the only file I had from my automatic backup system and my local confluence server was unusable. I fixed my local confluence server, imported my site backup in it then exported my space.

Raphael,
I see, thank you for clarifying! Happy you were able to get the space imported.
Take care, and kind regards,
Shannon
