Export ServiceNow Knowledge base and import into Confluence

I need to import a ServiceNow Knowledge base into Confluence. There are several export options on the ServiceNow side, but my import options seem somewhat limited on the Confluence side. I'd prefer to do this via XML, but I'm open to any method. Has anyone had any success with this process?

Hi @Sam Ayres

Go with Word format. It's quick

For XML, you need to format the data Confluence Supports and it's only for Space and Atlassian team does not support on the same.

Thanks,

It looks like Word imports are broken. I'm getting the error you see below with .doc and .docx
