Is there currently a way for us to format a code block in confluence so that we can have "fill in" areas in the code snippet?
So that we could change the replaceable code and then copy the desired change right away, instead of editing it outside of confluence.
I cannot work out a way to do this in Confluence (or any other software). If you want variable code-blocks in a system, then you need something that will draw in your raw code as people read it.
The obvious answer in Confluence is to include pages or other data in macros that point to your code snippets.
