German Umlaute at web page

Since today the (left) navigation pane, settings pages and control buttons in Confluence (cloud) does no more show German Umlaute "ä", "ö",...

like "Pers�nliche Bereiche" or "Einstellungen f�r Anh�nge"

The posted content of pages is ok, it only affects the site itself and all subsides as well as administration and billing page.

Browser is firefox 64bit 63.0.1 @Winpro 64bit machine.

Same effect at Edge Browser.

Any idea?
