Get notification from Question section if someone answers a question

Hello everyone, 

I am new to confluence and I am creating a table that has the track of the recent notifications with respect to pages for example; new questions on the pages, new answers on the questions, and comments. I have tried working with the Recently Updated macro and also the Question list macro by setting the time limit and sorting via recent but I am still struggling with finding something for getting the notification that will update the table whenever someone answers a question in the recent timeframe.

Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
