We are about to launch our service management to our customers
However on inviting a test user, by default they do not have access to confluence articles.
Can someone point me in the right direction of changing a global setting so that all customers (not users) when signing up to the service management site, automatically get granted viewing permissions to confluence articles
EDIT - Am looking at Space Permissions (atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/spacepermissions.action?) and it looks as though the free version doesnt allow this?
So if Im reading this correctly, there is a cost associated with allowing "customers" to see knoweldgebase articles on confluence?
Hi @[deleted] In order to grant Confluence page access to All customer, you need to grant view permission to Anonymous.

Ok and that can’t be done with the free version as per screenshot?

Have sent the below to customer services as a question...
Hi Team,
Earlier today, we observed that in order to allow customers (not users) access to our confluence knowledgeable articles that in order to grant Confluence page access to All customer, we need to grant view permission to Anonymous.
However in order to da that we had to switch from our free plan to standard (we took the 14 day free trial)
My question is this...
After the trial is over and if we choose not to continue with the standard confluence plan, will the change we have now made to allow Anonymous access to articles revert back or will the change we made remain in place?
The reason we started the trial was that your site does not allow access changes unless you have the standard plan. However as this was the only reason we upgraded to the standard plan trial, to change a setting, we would like confirmation that again after the plan is set back to free that the change we made will still remain in place.

Hi @[deleted] Yes, in trail version this is greyed out. You need to purchase a license to enable this.
Thanks

Got the trial to enable this. However if we then cancel the trial, will the access changes we made stay or will they revert back?
