HTML Marco and Content By Label Macro not functioning

Hello, 

I am running into problems trying to use the HTML Macro and Content By Label Macro. On the HTML Macro, I am able to enter the code, but the Save button remains disabled. My coworker was able to successfully use the macro, but I cannot. Additionally, the Content by Label Macro does not display the Label(s) field for me to enter Labels to filter by. My coworker is also running into this problem as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Update: We cannot edit exsisting Content by Label macros either.
