Hello all,

I started a new technical writing role with a software company that uses Confluence Cloud, which i am enjoying. I've probably only scratched the surface win my few months gettong to know it, but i do see the value and potential of the product.

OneNote, however, has always been an essential part of my workflow - especially with my Surface and Surface Pen. From lecture and meeting notes to prose after work, it's always been that workflow of physically jotting notes.

Though I really enjoy the customization and macros that Confluence offers, I REALLY miss showing up to a meeting ans simply taking hand written notes.

I have tried using Zapier with little success ("ink.node.not.valid" type errors).
I have also been taking screen shots and copying in the images, but it feels disjointed and silo'd.

is there ANY way that to add Surface Pen/Windows Ink compatibility to Confluence?

Thanks in advance for any responses.

This would be such a great feature for Confluence mobile app! James Gabb (product manager), take note. 😁

Also, I noticed that your tech writing in Confluence. Three things:

  1. Welcome to the club!
  2. https://www.k15t.com/rock-the-docs (you may find this handy)
  3. https://www.writethedocs.org/slack/ (this is a huge community of tech writers, check out the #confluence channel. Lots happening in there.)
