Our business teams just started to use Jira Work Management and they love the functionality of the List view. There is a column called 'Comments - NEW' that we can't figure out how to use it. We cannot double click into it. It doesn't show the last comment on the issue - we are at a loss. Anyone figure out how to use this?
Hi @Lisa Woolcott ,
I was curious about this so took a peek on my iPhone. It appears there is a pop up window when I click into the comment cell. However it is obscured and in unusable on the iPhone. I suspect it will or should offer you the opportunity to enter a comment. I doubt it will display a comment.
I just checked on my Mac and indeed clicking within the comment cell will bring up a dialogue where you can enter in your comment. The section in yellow is what pops up. As you can see it is really little more than an edit screen where you can edit anny number of fields but it seems to focus in on the comment area. Useful but maybe not what you might expect.

@Jack Brickey Thanks for your time and investigation into this. We run our business on PCs and when clicking into the comment field we get no response at all - no ability to type into the field or do anything. When we do double-click we get the 3 ellipsis and menu option as such:
We were really hopeful that this was going to show the last comment on the issue but that doesn't appear to be the functionality - so we are left scratching our heads ;(
