Hexadecimal codes instead of user names in Conluence Cloud today

Is it me, or is user names in confluence cloud going all screwy today? I see hexadecimal values for @ team members switch live on the fly.  

Of course the first reaction is to blame the Agile Transformation Office :/

Release something bad today @atlassian?

I experienced it a few times today, refreshed the page and was better.
