Home page Space does not load

I don't see the text on the homepages of my Spaces. The homepages appear quickly and then disappear. Is this a setting issue?

I do see the list of pages on the left side and if I click on them I get all information. The problem concerns only the homepage.

There is an active incident for Confluence at the moment which is probably causing the issue you are experiencing:

Thanks for the welcome! I am aware of the active incident, though Ive been experiencing this problem for more than a week though and my colleagues are not experiencing the same problem.

@Petra van der Heij then lets try a couple of troubleshooting steps to narrow down the root cause:

• Are you by any chance using a VPN?  If yes then temporarily disable it and see if that makes any difference
• Login to your Confluence in incognito mode and see if you are able to reproduce the issue
• Check your browser console logs and see if you get an error when viewing the home page

Dear Sayed,

Thank you for the suggestions you gave me to solve my issue with the home page. The problem seems to be that I am using Safari. If I log in to Confluence on Google Chrome I do see the homepage. I have decided to use Confluence in Chrome from now on.
