Hi Everyone,
I'm relatively new to a role administrating my org line's Confluence Space. I'm trying to develop an audit process to ensure that the Space remains accurate (content current, ownership & permissions correct, macros and automations remain functional, etc.) The goal is to have this leverage macros and automations to minimize manual lift for both me as the audit process owner and my team who will have to complete on a monthly basis, which I imagine will leverage task lists, perhaps scheduled reporting, and I'd love to have a dashboard I can create and use to track audit cycles and improvements.
I've done some searching around online and played with the database macro based on that, but I'm in general not feeling confident or like I've identified the right resources.
What are you all doing to solve for similar business needs? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Hi @Heather Sadi ,
I believe that the team has introduced Mission Control to meet these requirements. This is also relatively customizable, so you can display which info you want to see there (e.g. number of content without owners).
As for the content itself, you can use content manager, even together with automation, to perform bulk actions on specific content within a space.
On top of that, you could include AI into the whole story and automate specific processes as well.
Alternatively, you could turn to some custom solutions by using webhooks and/or REST APIs, but I don't have a decent example related to your requirement.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Tobi
