How can I edit office docs live on confluence without download the docs?

I don't have the option to choose edit when I'm press on the required doc

@lior vanunu welcome to the Atlassian Community.

This functionality was deprecated form Confluence Cloud in March 2022. After that time there is no native support for editing a Microsoft Office document live in Confluence. 

There are Marketplace Apps that can be installed to allow this functionality that you may want to check out and/or test drive.
