How can I export and import a space with XML?

I need to export and import the contents of a space from one organisation to another. 

Questions:

1. what is the best option so that all data is ex/imported most complete?
2. I've read about an XML export option, but I only see html and pdf. Where can I find it?

My roles are:

• Site Admin
• User Access Admin

Welcome to the community !
Cloud to Cloud can be done by below process:
1. CSV and XML -> Space settings -> General -> Export Space -> CSV (best) and XML
2. Cloud to Cloud migration for the single space -> Should be using this.

Since you are site admin; kindly ask your ORG admin to perform below (Which would be quick and better) -> admin.atlassian.com -> Settings -> Data Transfer -> Confluence to Confluence -> Select space and migration.
