If I do not have reading access to a site I can force access with admin key by using the link provided. However, if I need to enforce editing access - I can view the site though - for a site owned by a defunct user - there is no link to activate the admin key. How shall I proceed?
Can you please elaborate little bit more on what you are trying to do exactly?
Best,
Fadoua
Hi Fadoua, thanks for responding. The situation is as follows: We have a colleague who left the company and was responsible for relevant sites in Confluence. Now this colleague blocked editing access to these sites without adding any editing partner (against our recommendation) so we can only view these sites but not maintain/edit these. So I need to force editing access to these sites. However, I do not know how I can get the admin key for these sites. Myself, I have been granted administrator rights for Atlassian products in our company.

I have a workaround by using the duplicate function - but that should not be the solution...
