How can I make a TOC in the left bar with collapsing/expanding headers?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Add a table of contents to a wiki

How can I make a TOC in the left bar with collapsing/expanding headers? Just like this page in the link.

I already have Documentation Theme turned on.

With the Documentation theme, you have to check the 'Page Tree' box in 'Space Admin / Themes / Customize / Navigation':
