How can I reuse a variable for the same page?

I created a Template in which variables includes ("List" with different status). Now, I'll use this template for my work and by using this template the first time, I can use the variables. But if I want to update my list by editing the page, I have no option to reuse the list.

So, how can I reuse a variable ("List")?
