How do I add a new group of users to our Knowledge Base?

I want to add a group of users to our Knowledge Base space in Confluence.  They all have a common email, such as jane@companyone.com and joe.wilson@companyone.com.  How can I add all the *.companyone.com with view only access to our KB?

Hi @Phil Dorcas ~ have a look at Approved Domains.

When I go to that URL, our company cannot be found.  It only wants me to create a new instance.  I'm logged in on another browser page, but the admin.atlassian page has no awareness of the pre-existing account.  I would love to follow those steps if I could.
