I use jira helpdesk for customer service and my customer said they want to change the default settings in their support portal. they want the top request menu to default the requests shown to always be set to 'Created by me' be default.
Currently the top requests menu defaults to 'All'.
Is there a way to set the portals default setting to display 'Created by me'?

Unfortunately no, this is not a configurable option.
It to show all issues related to the customer, also the ones other users might have shared with the user.
